Surface water flooding from the road building up and flooding the drive way with inundation into the property via the garage doors.
Replace the existing garage doors with a Defender flood patio door and installation of an intercepting Aco drainage channel in front of the new doors with connection to the existing underground drainage system.
Works were completed in December 2020.
After suffering nuisance flooding from the Highway for a number of years we decided to replace the garage door and install French doors which offer flood protection. The product is AMAZING! It’s stylish and really good quality easily worth the money. The company jumped through hoops to get the work completed before the time of year we generally experience flooding. For that we are very grateful. I would not hesitate in recommending M3 if you are having any sort of water ingress/flood problems be it minor or major. We have just experienced a big storm and the water overwhelmed the drainage quickly so the French flood doors had to do their magic. They certainly did, not a single drop had entered the building.
